There's this wonderful soup I make made with chicken, cabbage, and v8 juice. You boil the chicken in one pot and when done, add it to the cabbage and v8 juice mixture. Let cook until cabbage is done. Tastes wonderful with crumbled up homemade cornbread!

Hi Liz! Our #1 recipe is:
Take an onion and slice it. In a big pot put olive oil and butter and saute the onion. We like to use chicken tights but guess you can use any part of the chicken. In goes the chicken, garlic, a little mustard, a diced potato and chicken broth. Taste for salt. Every time we make this we throw in different things like honey or worstershire sauce. We play around with the recipe so thats why I dont have specific amounts. Serve with white rice. And enjoy!
If I ever go back to see you, I'll cook this one for you!
